Alberta Estate & Probate Services is a Calgary based company with an initiative to provide reasonably priced estate and probate services to individuals who do not have a complex estate to administer, and are seeking assistance with the probate application, estate administration and accounting or distribution process.

We serve our clients needs with dignity and empathy while providing a clear picture of the matters at hand.  We have a range of experience in this field and we recognize there is a need to people who may want deal with estate matters on their own without the need of hiring a lawyer, while at the same time not really being sure of where to start and what they need in order to complete the required steps in acting as an executor of an estate.

We will be able to explain to you who needs probate, what is involved in filling out Grant applications, review of those documents and perhaps assist with filing applications, it all depends on the level of assistance required in your situation. We also have the expertise to guide you through the estate administration process and assist with the estate assets, the communication and accounting to the estate beneficiaries and other tools to make this an easier process.

We have flexible meeting locations.  We can come to your residence, meet up at a mutually convenient coffee shop or in our boardroom.
